Monday-

Topics:  Working with SmartArt Graphics, Text Effects, and Page Borders

Activities:  Students to take notes as we go through new material and will practice new skills together as we go through Lesson 10 Try-Its on pp. 172-176.  Students will save work into practice folder on flash drive.

Tuesday-

Topics:  Working with SmartArt Graphics, Text Effects, and Page Borders

Activities:  Students will reinforce new material from Monday by completing the Lesson 10 Practice and Apply on pp. 176-178 on computer.  Students are to save work to Word folder on flash drive and print where indicated.  If don’t finish in class, will need to come in during enrichment to complete.

Wednesday-Thursday

Topics:  Reinforcement of chapter topics

Activities:  Students to complete the Ch. 1 Portfolio Builder (Create the Invitation only) on pp. 180, 182-183.  Students to save to flash drive and print when complete.

Friday-

Topics:  Review of chapter topics

Activities:  Students to complete the written test review using their notes and/or book.
